For the referral program, the referred customer must be new to Full Fix It and the referral must be identified before the repair begins. The referring customer's reward is generated only after the referred customer completes and pays for their repair. One benefit per transaction. For common iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel models, screens, batteries and charging ports are usually done the same day, often while you wait. Less common models may need a part ordered; we'll give you a real timeline at diagnosis.

Yes. We test the device, tell you what failed and what it costs to fix. There's no bench fee and no obligation. If a repair isn't worth it for the value of the device, we'll tell you straight.

Often, yes. When the display underneath still works, we separate the broken glass, laminate a new front glass with OCA and keep your original OLED or LCD. It's a better result than a replacement panel, especially for Face ID and color accuracy.

Sometimes it's a dirty or worn charging port, which is a quick fix. Sometimes it's a charging IC, a shorted line or a damaged pad on the motherboard. We do micro soldering in-house, so either way it gets diagnosed and repaired here rather than mailed away.

Yes. PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, including HDMI port replacement and board-level HDMI repair. MacBooks and Windows laptops for screens, batteries, keyboards, charging and power-on problems.
